About us
USK-Consulting LLC was founded in 2006 by a team of experienced professionals who joined their knowledge and skills to solve valuation challenges. Our team has more than 17 years of valuation experience.
We work in all regions of Ukraine and across many sectors of the economy. Our team’s expertise and mobility allow us to carry out valuation projects for assets located in several regions of Ukraine at the same time.
All work is performed in line with the National and International Valuation Standards and the RICS Valuation – Professional Standards. Reports can be issued in Ukrainian or English at the client’s request.
Our material and intellectual resources, proprietary databases, methodologies and technologies allow us to deliver projects of any scale and complexity quickly.

USK-Consulting is headed by Viktoriia Nazyrova, MRICS, PhD in Engineering, with two university degrees — in mathematics and economics.
Viktoriia has worked in property valuation since 1995. She holds certificates qualifying her to value all types of property and property rights, including land. She was one of the first Ukrainian valuers to receive TEGoVA and RICS certification and is an Honored Expert Valuer of the Ukrainian Society of Appraisers.
She is active in professional associations: a member of the Council of the Ukrainian Society of Appraisers, head of its Kharkiv regional branch, a member of the Council of the All-Ukrainian NGO “League of Land Valuers” and a member of the RICS examination board.
She is the author of more than 30 academic and practical publications in outlets such as the weekly “Business”, the “Valuation Practice” series, “Property in Ukraine”, the State Information Bulletin “On Privatization” and the journal “Valuation Bulletin”.
She teaches land valuation courses at Ukrainian training centers (International Institute of Business, KhCSTEI, Mykolaiv Agrarian University).
