About us
USK-Consulting LLC was founded in 2006 by a team of experienced professionals who combined their knowledge and qualifications to solve a wide range of valuation and related matters. The specialists of USK-Consulting have more than 25 years of successful practical experience in valuation.
The company’s valuation activity is currently covered by Certificate of a valuation entity No. 435/2024 of the State Property Fund of Ukraine dated 17.09.2024; corresponding certificates were in force continuously in previous periods.
All work is performed in line with the National and International Valuation Standards. Reports can be issued in Ukrainian or English at the client’s request.
Our material and intellectual resources, proprietary databases, methodologies and technologies allow us to deliver projects of any scale and complexity quickly.

The team includes 6 certified valuers with 7 to 30 years of professional experience. Two of them hold diplomas of Professional Member of THE ROYAL INSTITUTION OF CHARTERED SURVEYORS (MRICS). Two valuers hold a certificate of The European Group of Valuers’ Associations with the Recognised European Valuer (REV) qualification.
The company is an associate member of the Ukrainian Society of Appraisers, the largest self-regulatory organisation of valuers in Ukraine (accreditation certificate No. 25 under the accreditation decision of 20.10.2011). Our valuers are members of the USOA.
The company’s leading specialists are members of the USOA Expert Council, which, among other things, reviews property valuation reports.
Our valuers are also members of other professional associations, including the NGO “All-Ukrainian Association of Valuation Specialists”.

Viktoriia Nazyrova
Managing partner of USK-Consulting LLC, MRICS, REV, PhD in Engineering. Holds two university degrees — in mathematics and economics.

Viktoriia Nazyrova has worked in property valuation since 1995. She holds certificates qualifying her to value all types of property and property rights, including land. She was one of the first Ukrainian valuers to receive TEGoVA and RICS certification and is an Honored Expert Valuer of the Ukrainian Society of Appraisers (USOA).
She is active in professional associations — a member of the Council of the Ukrainian Society of Appraisers and a member of its Expert Council.
She is the author of more than 30 academic and practical publications and a member of the USOA working group translating the latest editions of the International Valuation Standards (IVS) into Ukrainian.
